i want to change these sentences to being continuous

1. Pido otro cafe

2. Me las proponen (two ways)

3. Leen en la cama

4. Los escuchan con atención

answers: I. Estoy pidiendo otro cafe II. ?? III. Están leyendo en la cama IV. Están escuchando con atención (don't know other way)

For number 2, you of course need the gerundio of proponer. Then you need to understand the two correct placements of object pronouns in sentences like these.
