Back up arrow function.

Just a "quickie" here.
Has anybody noticed a malfunction with the back up arrow? When I click on it, nothing happens, it blinks, then nada.
If it's just my problem I can deal with it.

Yeah I have been having problems with the back arrow , I just thought it was my internet being slow and I did not want to say anything , I wonder what is causing this ?
