Me gusta , no yo . Vestir is reflexive so ,"me vestí, I dressed or got dressed . But I am no expert so wait for a native speaker. - ray76, Dec 24, 2015

Is it correct to say "Yo me gusta…" or "Yo me vestí"?

Ray is correct.

Me gusta is not reflexive, the subject is what follows gusta, me is the indirect object. If you want emphasis you say "A mí me gusta..."

Me vestí is reflexive. if you need to emphasize it for some reason, you can add yo: "yo me vestí"

Please note:

Vestí is a simple past yo conjugation- so yo/me is subject and object.

Gusta is a third person present indicative- the verb is not conjugated to yo.

Adding to what was said.

Yes, you can use "yo" to emphasize the fact that it is you.

(yo) me visto

(yo) me vestí

(yo) me gusto (I like myself)

smile

Try not to take it so hard on yourself with grammar, as it seems you are not too familiar with even English grammar.

If so, then try to come to terms with how it is said in Spanish with how it is supposed to be said in English.

Do I make sense?
