I'm not Colombian nor do I know all kind of Spanish slang but as I see it "gomelitas" sounds like some sort of candy or jelly bean. So, I think he's just using that word as a term of endearment like "sugar" "honey" etc..

Hi Bianca_s714, I made a little research and it turned out that gomelita, which is a colombian slang word that some use to mean that a girl is rich and above middle class, and well educated!

It seems not offensive at all, it's just a way to say that he's going out with his fancy or perfect girlfriend.
