How do I say, "that's all I know"?

As always there is more than one way to express an idea. So changing your "That is all I know" to "I don't know anything more". Basically saying the same thing. I would say. "No sé nada más".
Es todo lo que sé
Although NickelBackFan's answer seems perfectly correct to me, I think this is a nice opportunity to broach the subject of when to add in some of those pronouns we drop normally, so I will expound on her answer with a few of my thoughts:
(Eso) es todo lo que (yo) sé.
A lot of times when saying this you might want to emphasize either the that or the I or both. So if you leave the eso in- you emphasize the thing that is the only thing you know. If you leave in the yo you are emphasizing that that is what you know as opposed to anyone else.
As this is often an emphatic statement, although we are taught to normally leave these elements out, in this case it will often be appropriate to keep them in. Depending on the spin you want to put on it.
These of course are my opinions as a learner, and I would not object to further thoughts from a native speaker.

Desafodunamente no sé quien es Will Smith, pero es una buena ilustración.
