What does "sacar pica" mean?
I was reading a book (Papelucho) and came across "sacar pica"... Here are a couple of examples I've taken from the book: - Alguien tenía que contarle a la Reina y sacarle pica a los que no creían que la tierra era ronda. - Gómez seguía sacándome pica.

In that context "sacar pica" means "to tease or to mock"
Let's say for example:
If Carlitos got an A in math and Anita got a C. Then Carlitos could say to her: "I got an A, I got an A, I got an A" just to annoy her, tease her. Obviously she would get angry at him.
That's how you could "sacarle pica a alguien con algo". That's how we use it in Perú.
The sentence you gave as an example could be translated this way:
Somebody had to tell the Queen and tease/mock the ones who didn't believe that the earth was round.
Hope it helps :D
To annoy someone.
Might it mean to be teased? So something like, "Someone had to tell the Queen that the world was round and get teased by those who believed the world was flat."
