Hello, you have to fill your spanishdict profile before we give you an answer. The English subject "you" can be singular or plural, What way are you using 'you' here?. I have supossed than you meant plural:

Todos vosotros habeis estado trabajando muy bien, y nos hemos dado cuenta de ello. Os lo comunico (¿os lo traigo?) por aquí, porque recientemente ha habido problemas que están afectando al equipo (de trabajo). Todos estos problemas tienen que acabarse hoy
