the whole verb is odiar. to hate. context would be helpful, but it means "they hate" or "you(plural) hate" but it's in the subjunctive, so it could be something like "if they hate" or even a part of a command for "you all" not to hate something or someone. The basic meaning though is "they hate" "y'all hate"
