La victimización complejo que nutren es un sello de las tiranías represivas populistas. cuando se enseña a la gente que son victimas de algo, se crea una identidad compartida la cual hace que la gente sea mas fácil controlar y manipular para programas políticos.

The victimization complex that they nourish is a hallmark of repressive populist tyrannies. When you teach people that they are victims of something, you create a shared identity which makes the people easier to control and manipulate for political agendas.

Yes, it is correct.

I did some changes:

EL complejo DE victimización que nutren es un sello de las tiranías populistas represivas. Cuando se enseña a la gente que son victimas de algo, se crea una identidad compartida la cual hace que la gente sea mas fácil DE controlar y manipular para LLEVAR A CABO programas políticos.
