I am making schedules and formal invitations for a party I am having in mexico but I don't know what time Spanish speaking countries use and I want to invite my cousin who lives on the coast of mexico but I don't know what time they use in mexico so I do not know when to tell them. So what time do they use?

Are you asking about 12-hour versus 24-hour clocks? Are you asking about time zones? (Do you suspect that all Spanish-speaking countries are in the same time zone?) Which coast of Mexico is the coast of Mexico?
