I noticed early on that you and a few others (Jraider comes to mind) are exceptionally good at noticing, welcoming, and encouraging SD members—the most flattering thing I could do is to try to be more like y'all. I pleases me that people are taking note of you today. Hats off to you for a job well done.

of your many qualities that we all appreciate and admire about you Sandy.
The way that you have shouldered arms for all these years producing these
photos of the day has been nothing short of a monumental effort ,thank you
for doing that and at the same time posting your own threads and helping all
the members that asked for help. You are one of the hardest working members
here by far and are deserving of every accolade and each and everyone of your

Seriously, Sandy, you have been such an inspiration to me even as you have to others.
There were times when I got discouraged and you kept on encouraging me to continue. I have really learned a few things about patience from you, even as you have told me that you have learned a few things from me (besides the "subjunctive" jeje).
