Have I formed this question correctly?
The question is:
¿Has jugaste al quidditch?
I'm trying to say 'Have you played quidditch?'
If it makes it easier to help, it could easily be changed to ¿Has jugaste al rugby?
Please reply ASAP!

I think since you made an attempt, and looking at translation will not give you the reasoning, that it would be fair to explain your error.
¿Has jugaste al quidditch?
Played is the simple past in English, and also the past participle. The perfect tenses are formed with the past participle. Jugaste is the simple past, not the past participle- they are different in Spanish. Jugado is the participle.
¿Jugaste al quidditch? Did you play quidditch
¿Has jugado al quidditch? Have you played quidditch.
If you use haber to form a perfect tense, you need the participle, which will end in do (but not ndo, which is a gerundio)- unless it is irregular, like visto, abierto, puesto, etc.. You only use the simple past forms for the simple past.
In English our simple past and participle are often the same- which leads to confusion when trying to translate, so you need to understand the grammar.
¿Has jugado quidditch?
Depending on your degree of familiarity, it could be "¿Ha jugado quidditch?"
¿Has jugado al quidditch?
