Is doblar used in many ways? If yes what are they? I know doblas only

In addition it is a totally regular verb conjugated like the example verb for regular -ar verbs: hablar.

Some verbs like llover have only one conjugated form in each tense.

Like any other verb, doblar can be conjugated to express different tenses and to agree with different subjects. "Doblas" is the present tense, 2nd person singular form of "doblar."It is used with the subject pronoun "tu," the familiar form of "you." If you want to learn other forms of the verb, go here.
