Hola Rasul,

'Delicatessen', en inglés, tiene dos significados:

  1. Significado de tienda (shop): en español, la tienda donde compras charcutería, etc, se llama la delicatessen.
  2. Significado de comida (food): esto sería las exquisiteces, los productos que compras en estas tiendas.

Welcome to the forum. Faremoto has given you a perfect answer and if you look at his profile you will see he is fluent in English and Spanish and lives in Spain so you can completely trust his answer.

When ray a hard working moderator has suggested you look it up in the translator, this is because for a straight forward word that or a dictionary, is the first place we look. If the answer in the dictionary is confusing we then ask - faremoto has told you two words depending on what you are describing.

When you find a word in Spanish you can double check by putting it in a search engine and looking for images or go to a large online shopping site in the country eg Carrefour.

It helps if you add on your profile your level of English and Spanish. You asked in English and faremoto has replied in Spanish - neither of us knows which language you understand best.
