Hello there.

Cascaritas is the little name for "peel" you know the skin of fruits and vegetables.
In spanish this "peel" ( skin) is named: "cascara" and "cascarita" or "cascarilla" is like: "little peel".
The street futbol is sometimes call it " futbolito" ( little futbol), because the area where boys play is not too big, and the ball is small too. This futbolito can be play it under roof and it is a official sport in its area.
Maybe, it is a "idiom" "modismo" from some special area from Latinamerica, if you can try to found out where are they from, in this way is easier to look for themodismo.
