I just wanted to share this short dialogue (refering to one of my last questions about "que" that I have asked about the meaning (que no tengo tiempo) which it was answered by one of our friends (HackerKing and again thanks to him).

The woman :¿Qué te pasa que estás de mal humor?

The man : ¡ Que estoy hasta las narices de la imprenta,de don Pablo y de todo.*

(here 'que' is short form of 'porque' and it means because).

Yes exactly! estar hasta las narices : to be fed up. Thanks - caballer0, Nov 24, 2015
The "que" in the man's reply is shortened from "Es que". - gringojrf, Nov 24, 2015
In English we say "up to my ears". Either the ears or the nose, both say you are drowning in s/t. - gringojrf, Nov 24, 2015
It's also very common to say "up to my eyeballs." - AnnRon, Nov 24, 2015
...and eyeballs. Thanks Ann. - gringojrf, Nov 24, 2015
