As soon as possible in Spanish

Hi everybody.

for the phrase "As soon as possible" which one is used mostly or better ?

'lo antes posible'

'lo más pronto posible

'cuanto antes'

or other one??

for instance " call me as soon as possible' is this translation true? 'llámame lo antes posible ' Thanks

I am not a native speaker but I use: tan pronto como sea posible.

I agree with gringo that "tan pronto como sea" works. I've also heard "lo más pronto posible".
