Fluencia problems

Hey can somebody help me? Fluencia will not load on my laptop. Do I have to have a desktop computer to access it, or do I need to download it onto my laptop? Any comment is appreciated.

Nickelbackfan1, your profile says that you are fluent in English. Do you see the difference between what you wrote and the following?
