Spanish comic movies!

What are the best comic movies I can watch in Spanish?

I can't give you any titles--I haven't seen a Spanish language comedy in years. However if you do Google the subject, try to stay with movies produced in Spain. Mexico has such an abundance of hard to understand slang, that I have a hard time understanding them.

Argentine produced movies are also difficult to understand due their different vocabulary, verb structure and accent. It's like an American trying to understand an Australian when he is going full speed ahead with his unique vocabulary.

I bet there are a lot of people on the site, currently living in Spain that will be able to help you.

I think the film Volver has some very funny moments but it deals with some dark subjects too. It is a good insight into life in a small town in the country in Southern Spain and the attitude to death. I like watching cortometraje. The films from notodofest are often good though they now come with English subtitles which is distracting

Hello Mohamed,

This website has lots of movies in the spanish langauge: http://www.solarmovie.ac/watch-language/spanish

You can can search through them for comic or comedy movies, the good thing is that they include a brief summary for each of the movies, so you have a basic idea of what's the movie is about!

Here are some examples: - Mortadelo and Filemon (This one is animation/comedy movie) - A la mala (2015) (comedy) - Papeles en el viento (2015) (drama/comedy)

Note: I did not really watch a lot of these movies personally, so I cannot recommend specific ones for you, I also think that some might contain adult stuff, so just be aware of that...
