Are "que" and "de" interchangeable as conjunctions? If so, which is more common?

I'm not aware that "de" can be used as a conjunction. Examples, please?

Well, there is ' de que'. I'm sure de' can be found , but certainly it's not interchagable with ' que' in this sense, or maybe not in any sense.And bear in mind, I'm tired and might have lost any sense that I might have had.. - annierats, Nov 8, 2015

They are never interchangeable, at least I can't think of an example in which you could use either.
