Im supposed to write about a friends habits using sequence expressions. Does this look okay?
primero se está despierta, luego él afeita y la ducha, y se cepilla el pelo y los dientes. entonces él se está pone su ropa. Entonces él va a trabaja. Luego cuando se está llega a casa él mira televisión, después de cual el dormirse

Primero, se despierta, luego se afeita y se ducha, y se cepilla el pelo y (se cepilla) los dientes entonces se viste. Un poco más tarde, va al trabajo y después de volver a casa, mira la televisión. A las once de la noche, se acuesta./ o se duerme.
Not all the verbs in your text above are reflexive (ie: have reflexive endings)
You just need to conjugate the verbs with the reflexive endings For example, the verb afeitarse is conjugated in the 3rd person singular for he shaves himself, as: se afeita = he shaves (himself) / or he is shaving himself
You do not need to use the verb estar
