Change to imperfect
Can someone explain how I can change this to imperfect
En la familia indigena de la epoca precolombia, la mujer es considerada inferior al hombre. Ella tiene un moton de ocupaciones. Ella recoge el combustible, prepara la comida, cuida de los ninos y de los animales, cultiva la huerta y tteje la ropa. Cuando tiene que ir de un lugar a otro y si tiene un hijo que todavia no puede caminar, lo lleva en la espalda en un repliegue de su capa. Si el viaje dura mas de medio dia, carga tambien el alimento de la familia y la lena para el fuego.

One of the uses of the imperfect is descriptions. Go through the piece underlining the verbs. Work out the infinitive then look the verb up on this site or I use Word reference. You need the infinitive as the stem is used to form the imperfect.
It looks like all the verbs are in the third person
I often forget my verb tenses but I found the imperfect easy to remember.
As Daniela says there are only 3 irregular ones - only one in your piece.
There are places on this site which will explain how to conjugate the verb.
Remember you are looking for tejer not ttejer as she is weaving the cloth.
When your knowledge improves you will have to work out whether to use preterite or imperfect. For now enjoy improving your knowledge of the imperfect - that is how you learn.

Tenía un montón de ocupaciones: recogía combustible, prepara la comida, cuidaba de los niños y de los animales, cultivaba la huerta y tejía la ropa. Cuando tenía que ir de un lugar a otro, si tenía un hijo que todavia no podía caminar, lo llevaba en la espalda, en un pliegue de su capa. Si el viaje duraba mas de medio dia, también llevaba los alimentos de la familia y la leña para el fuego.
