Maybe you should put in English what you are trying to say, I am having difficulty finding a verb that would qualify it as a sentence, and I think turbio used as a noun is generally plural. - bosquederoble, Oct 26, 2015
And I think it an odd thing to use there, at least to me, not knowing your intent. :) - bosquederoble, Oct 26, 2015
Correction: It is a greeting for a speech: Buenos días ciudadanos de este pueblo preocupado. - mduane15, Oct 26, 2015

The correction in your comment makes it "Good day, citizens of this worried town." Is that what you want to say?

No it doesn't because it is not complete and it's meaningless.

"The citizens of this wonderfull confused...." ??? Do you know what I mean?
