Inserting Pictures Hyperlinks and Other Goodies When the Tool Bar is Down.

Question

Could someone please put up the instructions on how to do pictures, links and other goodies when the toolbar is down? I thought that when this happened before it was just a one time thing,

If I get the instructions this time I will print them out, make copies, and paste them on my refrigerator, my filing cabinets, and on my nose if necessary! Sheesh!
