Come on in Spanish

Come on in Spanish

My kids were playing a board game. One rolled the dice and lost his turn. He shouted "Come on!" How can we say that in Spanish? I've heard the term hijole...Does that match the situation?

No, "¡Híjole!" doesn't really work. "¡Vámonos!" does. - jtaniel, Oct 16, 2015

En México se oye "¡chale!' con mucha frecuencia allí.

¡Hola!

The Spain version would be "¡Venga ya!".

There are more versions of this phrase, but all of them include bad words.

Thanks for this answer. I've decided to no longer use "bad" words in English so though I may learn them I will not use them. What Americans call "cussing" really only works in your native language. - Jubilado, Oct 16, 2015

In that situation, where you're expressing disappointment, how about "¡maldito sea!" ("Be damned!" or "Dammit!")

I feaar ' Joder' is more common. - annierats, Oct 17, 2015
That one is bad, bad, bad, bad! Mucho cuidado, eh? :) - Daniela2041, Oct 17, 2015
Dani, is it really very bad? "Dammit" is used quite commonly, and actually, compared to what most people say these days, it seems quite mild to me. ;-) - Winkfish, Oct 17, 2015

I would say "ándale pues".

Type "come on" into the translator and you get a lot of options. Some regional others ore general.
