Unable to upload Profile Picture

Is anyone else having trouble uploading a profile picture? I'm on a Mac, and I am pretty sure that the picture is under 2mb. Is there any way to check that?

I have an older Mac and I think I know the remedy- hover your mouse over the picture for a couple seconds or go to thumbnails- both ways will help you. If not, keep asking

I have the 2015 version. However, I was able to find out that you need to export the image to make it smaller. Thanks! - Natesmith1016, Oct 14, 2015
