"Spanish" should be capitalized. 14:30 in military time is, 2:30 PM. - rac1, Oct 14, 2015
I though that "military time" were common around the world as in Spain - txustaboy, Oct 14, 2015
We don't use it here as commonly as other places, but most know it. - rac1, Oct 14, 2015
Used for bus, train, plane timetables all over the world but more commonly known as The 24 Hour Clock. I've never heard it referred to as Military Time before. - Peterae, Oct 16, 2015

In Spain, 99,99% of the people tell you: Dos y media. Most of the digital watches have the "24h time" (I never have heard about military time), but the people use the "12h time". The difference with other countries is that we never say p.m or a.m. (probably you ask a random person and she/he doesn't know what is a.m. or p.m.)

We make difference between both, adding at the end of the time: de la mañana, de la tarde, de la noche, etc..

Tx, the U.S. military uses 24hr time, but most civilians do not. So 24 hr time has come to be known here as "military time." - Winkfish, Oct 14, 2015

14 y 30

or catorce y treinta

It depends on if you are trying to say it in cardinal numbers

Spanishdict should cover military time in the dictionary too. Good discussion. Pablo, glad you added your comment.
