Prefiero el sistema de México; no hay lío con la licencia de conducir ni con la seguranza de auto. Pagas la mordida de inmediato hasta la cantidad es negociable.
I prefer the system in Mexico; there is no mess with the driver license nor with the car insurance. You pay the bite (fine) immediately and even the amount is negotiable.
