The pronoun "yo" isn't required but otherwise, "duermo" is correct.

Dormir = To sleep
Duermo = I sleep
Duermes = You sleep (Tú)
Duerme = You sleep (Ud, ÿl, Ella)
Dorimos = We sleep
Dormís = You sleep (plural vos form used mostly in Spain)
Duermen = They sleep (Uds)
