Hola: en la siguiente pregunta la palabra "como" se encuentra en medio de la oración: .
¿Quién puede ser como Dios?
¿En este caso "como" se escribe con tilde o sin tilde?

My opinion
Cómo= how (direct or indirect question)
como= as, like (non-questioning)
¿Quién puede ser como Dios?
Who can be like God. No accent. The question word is quién. The como has no questioning sense. It cannot be replaced with how.
A different question:
¿Quién puede saber cómo es Dios? Nadie puede saber cómo es Dios.
Who can know what God is like? No one can know what God is like. (literally how God is.)
Here the cómo has a questioning sense whether in a question or a statement- and cannot be replaced with like or as.
