A mí me gusta is correct

The a counts as a preposition and you use prepositional forms after, see this lesson:

Basically, mí carries and accent to distinguish it from the possessive, ti does not because the possessive is tu (distinguished from the subject pronoun, tú by the accent on the latter)- the rest of the objects of pronouns are the same as the subject pronouns.
