I have a quick question. How do you say, "I go to church on Sunday."

Since Dogboy has already answered this question and given you a good answer apart from one small detail:, I will advise you of a possible but necessary correction.

If you are talking about going to church on Sundays in general / ie:every Sunday, you would say: los domingos

Voy a la iglesia los domingos = I go to church on Sundays

If you just mean, I am going to church this coming Sunday you would say:

Voy a la iglesia el domingo que viene o Voy a la iglesia el próximo domingo

Do you want to say this Sunday or are you wanting to say you go to church every Sunday?

I mean any Sunday. Like every Sunday I go to church- how would I explain that to a friend? - Matjam, Oct 1, 2015
