Hello and welcome to the forum.
It would be most useful if you were to fill out your profile.
You probably mean
"Hola, ¿cómo estás?" which means "Hello, how are you?"
Hola como estas - literally means "hello (as/like) these" and doesn't make a lot of sense. Accents make a big difference sometimes.
