Are you asking what the line in your title means in Spanish?

A Condor is an amazing bird, which I have seen in Peru. Operation Condor was an 'operation' by a group of South American countries led by Chile to remove/kill people who they saw as left wing it even went as far as small groups tracking them down in Europe and the States. It happened in the late 70's and into the 80's. You have probably read about the 'disappeared'.

You can use a translator (one on site) or a dictionary for the rest.

Its talking about operation condor which removed people who were seen as 'left wing' - such as communists and socialists. The literal translation is 'Operation Condor is invading my nest.' - this can mean the person saying the line is a person of the left wing, and thus the use of the word nest can be taken as them invading the person's home, people, family etc.
