The difference?
What is the difference between the terms "todos los dias" and "cada dia"?

My simplistic, intermediate level thought:
Todos los días= all days, every day
Lo hago todos los días = I do it every day.
Cada día= each day, every day that
Lo hago cada día que llueve= I do it every day that it rains.
That being said, my approach is simplistic, there is a great deal of overlap, although cada día tends to emphasize the individual days, and todos los días emphasizes them as a whole.
I too await other input.

Welcome to the forum. Can you add your language level Spanish and English to your profile it is so helpful when answering questions. In English it is personal choice. There is in my mind slightly more emphasis on the individual day with word each. For real emphasis you can say 'Each and every day'. Spanish has a phrase structured the same way.
I look forward to hearing native Spanish speakers
