Hello, can you guys make a list of cognates/false cognates. Thanks!

As there are over 15,000 Spanish/Enlgish cognates, I for one do not have the time nor does SD have the bandwidth to handle this. If you study Spanish you will be introduced to them whenever they are needed. There are some "perfect cognates" like animal, doctor, motor, and the like, and some close ones like pasajero viaje, aspárragos, and others.

The following are just a very few.

False cognates could be a game...

English, 'affection' = love / amor

Español, 'afección' = illness / dolor

You could do it as a game or use a search engine and find loads. Questions are better if you tap into someone's enthusiasm or use their knowledge or expertise. If I wanted a bare list (I assume in Spanish as you are fluent in English)I would just search on the internet, but when you are starting learning Spanish it is better to note cognates as you come across them.
