Are these translated sentences correct?

Se le daron a Carlos/a Carlos se le daron=they were given to Carlos.

Se le dio la mochila=the bag was given to him or her

Se lo di a Carlos=I gave it to Carlos

The first one is correct, the second one would be:

Se le dieron a Carlos/ a Carlos se le dieron.

Se le daron a Carlos/a Carlos se le daron=they were given to Carlos. Se los dieron a Carlos. ("they" is los or las according to the gender of the thing.)

Se le dio la mochila=the bag was given to him or her OK

Se lo di a Carlos=I gave it to Carlos Se la di a Carlos. (If you're still talking about the mochila.)

I agree with the other answers except the Se los dieron a Carlos, it ought to be se le dieron A Carlos. Se dieron means "they were given" and Carlos is the indirect object, therefore le means "to him" - Lesamis, Sep 7, 2015
