Perhaps you should describe -- in your profile would be a good place -- your level of competence, so you can practice with someone at a similar level. Or if you want to speak English with an English learner in exchange for that person's speaking Spanish with you, you might mention that too.
In general, you'll get more and better responses if you provide more and better information.
