Welcome to the forum Can you indicate your level of English and Spanish.

What don't you understand about the exercise? Sometimes you can use ser and estar but it changes the meaning - generally estar is considered temporary - as your knowledge improves you will understand more of the nuances. Included in your exercise is telling the time - which verb did you use? Also included is the tense used for a current action - which verb did you use with the gerund?
