Hi I am making a photo book for my Mexican friend Dulce and am struggling with the proper title for it. I would like for it to say properly with the correct capitalization: "Fifteenth Birthday Celebration for Dulce June 2015" or if better in Spanish "Dulce Fifteenth Birthday Celebration June 2015" Thanks so much for your help!

The young lady celebrating her 15th birthday is "la quinceañera" So you should (in my opinion) go for something like: Celebración para la quinceañera, Dulce. junio 2015 (this would translate your suggested title). See Daniela's comment

You can also just put on the cover: ¡Felicidades, Quinceañera! Next line Dulce (add her last name if you wish) Next line junio 2015 (if you are adding a date like the 15th you can write it thus: 15 junio 2015 because months are not capitalized in Spanish).

I'm an old man so maybe not the best adviser for a 15 year old girl theme!
