Just to start discussion- the last word makes no sense to me in that sentence.
My guess would be better with context.
It (he/she/you formal) has an app that tells her (him/it/you formal) how many guys there are close to her that want (subject, theme, topic)
Anyway I only post this to start the conversation, since no one else has answered.
