How do you say, "Throw me that towel, would you?"

Maybe: "Tireme esa toalla, quieres?"

Would you? is so English. I would say "Tíreme esa toalle, ¿vale?" but I'm not a native speaker. - Jubilado, Aug 6, 2015

"Pásame la toalla, por favor"
