I'm teasing you, look at the verb, in Spanish, the verb is the key to understanding.. or just open the parcels , as and when they come.. - annierats, Aug 3, 2015
I've just called Pedro and he said he has already sent the packages ;) ok so he is doing the sending coz the verb is Va. Ok thanks v. much - JeffG, Aug 3, 2015

Nos va a mandar Pedro un paquete= to us is going to send Pedro a package= Pedro is going to send a package to us

In proper Spanish, Pedro would need a personal “a” as an object- without it he is the subject:

Pedro nos va a mandar un paquete a nostros- is how I would interpret it.

If it was being sent to Pedro by “nosotros”:

Le vamos a mandar un paquete a Pedro.
