I have to say as a chalice bearer at church for our Spanish guests the communion statement of the "The blood of Christ and the cup of salvation" and you help me so I can practice this by next Sunday service. Gracious

Surely your denomination has some kind of Spanish resource. Crucesignatus' answer is literally correct (forget the picture). You could just translate it directly: La sangre de Cristo (or Jesucristo), la copa de la salvación.

You can find the phrase "la copa de la salvación" in Psalm (salmo) 116:13
