Es una expresión coloquial, hace referencia a que una mujer es valiosa puede ser por su carisma o apariencia física.

That's a pretty big order. You will need to do your own research on this. Someone may give an example if they so desire, but not every possible way for its use.

It is an expression. It means that the girl is good in many aspects. It can be more specific depending of the context but in general is used in human relantionship aspects or in job aspects.
