Another possible use might be like when we say "Just what the doctor ordered" meaning that it really worked well. For example, if you have a hangover, and you eat two big cheeseburgers with hickory smoke sauce from Bud's Broiler (Rac, I'm sure you know what I mean wink ) and it made you feel better, you'd say, "That was just what the doctor ordered."
