How do I say, "I think I'm getting sick." Or "I think I'm coming down with something."

'Creo que me estoy enfermando' suena más natural

I think that you could say:
Creo que me enfermo = I think that i'm getting ill (sick)
Me temo que he cogido la gripe = I suspect that i'm coming down with flu.
I hope this helps

An alternative: Creo que he pescado una gripe fuerte ( I think I'm going down with a bad bout of flue).
