Hola ¿Cuál de estas frases es correcta?
Es natural que no te controles o Es natural que no te controlas
para decir : It is natural that you do not control yourself

"Es natural que no te controles" is better.
With what's called impersonal opinion -- es importante que, es absurdo que, and so on -- we use the subjunctive.

No controlarte es natural... Or: No poder controlarte es natural... ?
My rule of thumb is try to avoid the messy subjunctive if your can...

It sounds like 'not to control you is natural-not to be able to control you is natural' but you can say 'que no te controles es natural' or 'que no puedas controlarte es natural' :) - Pablo064, Jul 1, 2015
