"La Mujer Justa", published 1941 by Hungarian Sandor Marai, translated in English as "Portraits of a Marriage".

I make it to be "the right woman" or "the true love" but also maybe "the other woman."

The Hungarian is "Az igazi Judit... és az utóhang", which gets google translated as "The real and Judit ... EPILOGUE".
