No evil. Where evil is a noun, and you are using a sentence fragment. No maldad. A full sentence might be. There is no evil. No hay maldad.
The adjective is malvado(a). Malvado(a) can also be used as a noun.

If you mean as in'' see no evil'' I think it would translate as ' Vea nada malo' ( 3rd person request/order)but this depends a lot on who you are talking to and general context as ' evil' would have several translations.
